Hi, it’s Chavali! I hope you’ve gained new insight or at least a few ah-ha moments while reading our submissions. While coming into my latest and best season, I’ve had to encourage myself, clap for myself, as well as enforce boundaries for myself. When at an impasse, I challenge you to ask yourself these two simple but powerful questions.
What is MY role in this (situation) and keep asking until you get to the root of the problem? You’ll find it’s usually you! Remember, it’s all about mindset.
Next, what am I thankful for? And remember…… Sis you doin’ a good job, Sis you doin’ a god job! Keep going!
